Overview

Purpose: Perfect for baking cookies and decorating cakes. Made from durable stainless steel, this cookie press (biscuit maker) helps you create uniform, beautifully shaped cookies and decorate cakes with ease.

How to Use

1. Prepare the dough using 100g butter, 130g low-gluten flour, and 50g white sugar (no milk). You may also use your own preferred recipe.
2. Whisk the butter, then add flour and sugar to make a smooth, uniform batter.
3. Load the batter into the cookie gun, choose your mold or nozzle, and press directly onto an unoiled baking sheet.
4. Bake at 170°C (338°F) for about 10 minutes. Adjust time based on your oven (add 2 minutes if needed, but never more than 2 minutes at a time).

Important Notes

• Cookies should be pressed directly onto an unoiled baking sheet for best results.
• Do not press onto oiled paper—this will prevent the dough from sticking, and the machine will not release properly.
• After each batch, clean and dry the baking sheet before pressing the next batch.
